Likewize Insurance Services B.V. (“LIS”) was established in 2013 and is a fully owned subsidiary of the globally operating Likewize group, located in the United States. Likewize Corp is one of the world’s largest wireless distribution companies and is a leader in services for the mobile industry across the globe.

LIS is part of the Likewize Device Protection business group. In 2014 Likewize Corp acquired the UK based 20:20 Mobile group, a leading provider of distribution and integrated supply chain solutions to the European mobile industry. All insurance related activities of 20:20 Mobile were acquired by LIS and since then LIS has expanded across the European Economic Area (“EEA”) countries.

Likewize group serves carrier, retail and enterprise customers across 57 countries, delivering one of every 23 devices sold worldwide. We operate at every stage of the device lifecycle providing integrated services that seamlessly link with our customers’ businesses. We help companies transform their business models and get closer to their customers by helping them provide a complete end-to-end service.

LIS is uniquely positioned for the European region of Likewize Corp and provides access to insurance related solutions to EEA based customers, in combination with all other services Likewize Corp offers. We provide an integrated systems infrastructure to deal efficiently and cost effectively with the complexities of administering insurance processes, consumer communications and claims fulfilment. The know-how of LIS how to operate in regulated insurance markets is extensive, based on a collective professional experience of our staff of more than 100 years.

LIS is regulated by the Autoriteit Financiële Markten (“AFM”), the Dutch conduct regulator for financial services, and can operate in all countries of the European Union plus Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway, based on the license passporting facilities offered by the relevant European Union Directives.
